Although the hotel had some issues, overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing direct access to the pool and garden areas. However, the room's outdated appearance was not very appealing. The service, particularly in catering to Spanish-speaking guests, was commendable despite a hiccup during checkout that led to inconvenience. The location within a secure gated community provided a sense of safety and access to recreational activities. The dining experience, while serving decent food, lacked variety and freshness in certain items. The facilities were sufficient, although some areas could use improvement.
